The goal of a Care Centre is not only to save lives during medical emergencies but also to ensure dignity, compassion, and holistic care for elderly patients in their most vulnerable moments.

Navachethan Care Centre is a collaboration between Shri Sai Seva Prathistanam and Dr. Shama Bhat’s family. Shri Sai Seva Prathistanam is a well-known household name in the services for the destitute, old age people, underprivileged and mentally ill patients and mentally unstable people with no care takers. Dr. Bhat’s family are the promotors of Bhat Biotech India (P) Ltd, Bangalore, which manufactures and markets diagnostic and Biotech Products and the Navachethan Retirement Township, Puttur, for the seniors. Dr. Bhat’s Family and Shri Sai Seva Prathistanam joined hands to promote Navachethan Speciality Care Centre to look after the critically ill patients who are not having big pockets and do not have the people to take care. The infrastructure for the project is provided by Dr. Bhat’s family and is managed by the Shri Sai Seva Prathistanam, who are experts in in similar care. The purpose is to provide special care at a very affordable price.

At our care centre, we offer dedicated services, including Post-Surgery and Post-Hospitalization Rehabilitation, Transitional care, Palliative Care, Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care, Terminal Illness care, Geriatric care Etc.

  • A. Sri Sai Seva Prathistanam (SSSP), Daigoli, Manjeshwara Taluk, Kasaragod District, 671323, represented by Managing trustee, Dr. Uday Kumar Nooji. SSSP is a Charitable trust with Reg no 80/2007 Registered under Trust Act. SSSP is engaged in providing and taking care of the destitute, old age people, underprivileged and mentally ill patients. The management is led by Dr. Uday Kumar and Dr. Sharada Uday Kumar.
  • B. DR. Shama Bhat’s (SB) family is engaged in the management of Bhat Biotech India (P) Ltd, which is having a factory in Bangalore for manufacturing and marketing of Diagnostic kits and Biotech products and Navachethan Retirement Township at Puttur for the graceful living of senior citizens. SB and his family also have Bhat Biotech Foundation and Navachethan Foundation for the social services like education, health care and other socially relevant activities.
